5 medium king oyester mushrooms
2 Not Chicken Bullion Cubes in 4 ounces of water
¼ of small jalepeno
2 garlic cloves
handfull of cilantro
2 bags of bag rice
bag of bok choy (maybe 1lb)
only pan seared half of a container of tofu
olive oil / or vegan butter for mushrooms and bok choy
Spices used:
Lawry's
Garlic Powder
Pepper
Parika
Tony's Creole Seasoning
(season til it looks like everything is lightliy covered with seasoning shrooms, bok choy, top layer of soup when combined)
