New Music Below “Vroom Vroom”

Here is a song I started 3 years ago on Halloween. Sitting at my keyboard I knew I wanted to make a halloween song, I loaded some sounds and my wife hit the keyboard, I hear this hard ass low Thump Ping thingy, no idea what it is. That, ladies and gents, is how this song started. Never got to doing the halloween song that year, created Goons and Goblins the next year, damn near on halloween (procrastination at its best). Super dig this song for a couple reasons
- It was my halloween song turned non halloween in 2.2 seconds
- There is an actual baby in the background that started crying in the beginning and I started laughing
- I went to court the other dat and put an excerpt in from that appearance
- This is the very 1st track I mastered on my own. Really excited bout that.
Most of my skills have come from being economical, knowing my overhead has to be as low as possible for me to make the amount of music I want to with no team. Plus, it is just another skill that will serve be valuable. My Landr subscription (for mastering) is coming up, I have been deciding whether of not I'm going to renew or buy their mastering plugin outright. Been wanting to give it a go, mastering my own music myself. I've heard a lot of people say to leave it to someone else to master. I think for the time being I can be an exception and sharpen this skill until I am able to fully build my team up :)
